Bah, first I don't get the Halloween unit I wanted in FEH (was aiming for Kagero, ended up pity-broken by Myrrh because my last pull had only red and blue), but now I'm expected to dive into colorless hell to try and get Loki (after I was specifically trying to avoid doing so for Halloween Mia or Sakura) ...yet all I keep getting are red and blue orbs to pull from on this Brave Redux thing. And, get this, the *one* time they gave me another color? It was during the free pull ...and it was a 5* Sonya.

I feel like I'm being trolled now after being so lucky on the Muspell banner. They literally threw a *5 green unit at me (but of course it wasn't on the Halloween banner where it *could* have been Kagero), and while they did give me a busty, half-dressed, purple-haired magic-user, it wasn't exactly the one I would have liked to fall into my lap. (Not gonna push her off though.)

Damn, that's rough, I not only managed to get both of the sisters, but I even pulled a second Laevatein while trying to get Laegjarn.

I'm starting to think there's some weird balancing act in place though, because I think I've spent more orbs on the Halloween banner and *still* no Kagero. Subsequently, I think this kills any plans I had to try and get Sakura when they bring the old Halloween units back. Bad enough that I'm orb-starved now, but I'm not going through colorless hell for the 3rd time in six months only to end up with the Halloween unit I *didn't* want because the holiday Jakob shares the same color pool.

Look, i agree that LGBT people in media is increasing but I don't see why that's a bad thing....why is it always considered pandering? Its a fact that lesbian couples do exist in this world. its not an absurd notion that a lesbian couple might end up in a movie/tv show/game. It should just be a normal thing that can happen...but every time it does there are a bunch of people who cry about pandering and virtue signaling. at what point will you all accept that maybe it isn't being forced on you like you feel it is and maybe its just...reality.

It's pandering when it's used as a selling/hype element broadcasted to the masses rather than a natural occurence to be discovered by the audience on their own, I also don't buy for one second that the company doing it *actually* cares about the community they're aiming for, making the attempt at inclusion feel like a dishonest, "token" gesture.

Seriously, I'm starting to get to the point where I want to closet myself again because I feel it's my fault that half of game developers think I'm a brat to be placated lest they be accused of bigotry, and the other half are feeding me faux compassion to avoid the same accusation.

I don't like all this arm-twisting of someone's creativity.

I always did find it interesting that the exact same people who whine about half-naked female characters, either say nothing about half-naked male characters, or endlessly praise their inclusion.

One might begin to think the detractors of a scanty female form in fiction are merely biased in what they consider acceptable fanservice. Straight female & gay male gamers are absolutely a thing afterall, so you can't really blame them for wanting something to gawk at too. (Incidentally, there's very few gay female gamers who would complain about the image in the opening post or any similar material in other games.)

I'm fine with advocating for equality to cover differing preferences of course, but I won't agree to it's outright removal for anyone or everyone.

Depends on the western developer I suppose, personally I like quite a few of the gals that Blizzard and Hi-Rez have designed over the years.

Won't deny it either that sometimes all it takes is the right "pretty thing" to give a game the little push it needs to make me place it higher in the backlog. The game still needs actual substance to begin with to make it worth considering in the first place though.
